Court to Rule on IEBC Nomination Dispute on September 10
In a crucial development in the ongoing legal battle over the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commissioners (IEBC) selection Panel process, The political parties Dispute Tribunal has announced it will deliver its judgment on September 10, 2024.
